Membership Criteria
(a) a party who operates an electricity or gas trading pool;
(b) a party who engages in an electricity or gas power exchange;
(c) a party who operates an exchange for trading financial instruments related to electricity or gas trading; or
(d) a party who operates an electricity transmission system in a competitive electricity or gas market.
We confirm that we comply with the Membership Criteria selected.
