The Ministry of Energy (Power Division) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP). It intends to apply part of the proceeds for the engagement of a consultancy firm for the Independent System and Market Operator of Pakistan (ISMO) to support the operation and development of the Competitive Trading Bilateral Contract Market (CTBCM) in Pakistan’s power sector.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include key experts to undertake multiple tasks for supporting the operation and development of the CTBCM according to the scope provided in the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR). The TOR for the assignment can be downloaded from https://power.gov.pk/ or www.ismo.gov.pk.
